Recommendations for the dosage of the creatinine according to the method of Jaffé

Abstract

In 2012, a group creatinine created within the STBC (society Tunisian of clinical biology) formulated proposals to update the recommendations of optimization of the method of dosage of the creatinine according to the method of Jaffé. This article contains the essential of these recommendations concerning particularly the pre-analytical conditions of this assay as well as the variations allowing to eliminate the interferences of the method of Jaffé.
