Abstract
Multiple myeloma is characterized by a clonal plasma cell proliferation associated with an end organ damage. In addition to classical morphological variants, several different types of nuclear and cytoplasmic inclusions have been described. We reported a case of multiple myeloma with numerous Auer rod-like cytoplasmic inclusions, with faggot bodies’ morphology.
