Un abcès cornéen est défini par la survenue d’un infiltrat cornéen en regard d’une ulcération épithéliale, d’origine infectieuse. Nous rapportons un cas d’abcès cornéen à Aspergillus flavus chez une adolescente sans notion d’immunodépression ni de traumatisme oculaire.La culture pour une recherche bactériologique est négative, tandis que le diagnostic d’une origine mycologique est suspecté par la présence de colonies duveteuses à la culture et confirmé par un Maldi-tof par spectrométrie de masse. La patiente a été traitée par du fluconazole et amphotéricine collyre associés à la vancomycine. Les complications à redouter pour cette patiente sont la cécité, la perforation oculaire voir même le passage à l’autre œil.
