Abstract
Internal quality control management is required in any medical laboratory. We carried out a study for the internal quality control management of the DxC 800 general chemistry automaton which began with the collection of 82 non-conformities and then their classification into categories in a diagram of Ishikawa. This allowed to project the main cause’s failures in a Pareto diagram to target our actions. Finally, an FMEA analysis was conducted to establish an appropriate action plan.
