The Tunisian Journal of Clinical Biology (formerly Bulletin of the STBC published in 1990 and then Clinical Biology) is published by the Tunisian Society of Clinical Biology.

Between 2001 and 2011, the journal's editorial structure was in the form of separate issues, with each publication associated with a specific issue. The Tunisian Journal of Clinical Biology began with issue 14, of 2001, following the numbering sequence of previous issues.

From 2012 to the present day, the journal has adopted a new format, switching to a volume organization. The organization of the journal into a volume began with volume 19.
